Antonia Lofaso
Antonia Lofaso's food offers a chance to discover the possibilities within her. Her food is a result of her curiosity about the culture in Los Angeles, which was ignited by a trip from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Carnitas and Cavatellis within the same menu is her belief. What remains is her singular idea of the future and longingly recalling the old. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant founded by Lofaso in 2013. She opened it due to her heritage as an Italian-American. The old-fashioned Italian rendition is widely regarded as to be one of Los Angeles' most captivating eateries. The food at Lofaso is always delicious, welcoming and pleasing. Lofaso trained under legendary chefs and absorbed their sophisticate techniques but she never hesitated to take extraordinary risks in order to follow her intuition. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and then went on to revamp several high-profile kitchens located in Los Angeles while working closely with many high-profile celebrities. Lofaso established Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. Her home was within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Lofaso could find the space to create the work she desired through this collaboration. Black Market's intention is not to be restricted in any way. The course will begin with potato chips flavored with dill, Shishito peppers, and finish with Korean Wings. Antonia is the anchor of this dazzling array. Through her entire career, Lofaso has measured her achievements by her innate ability to understand her audience while staying in line with her personal style. Her appearances on the Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her capacity to be her personality outside of the kitchen. In the years since she's continued to pursue her professional career before cameras with CNN's Restaurant Startup Judge as well as regular appearances on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious recipes in 2012, along with Penguin. The book also tells the story of her challenges when she was a student at The French Culinary Institute. She had a daughter, Xea and her son Xea. Lofaso claims that her enthusiasm in cooking is the primary force behind her achievements. She continues to be on top of things by keeping an eye on trends and fashion. Chefletics revolutionizes the look of Chefwear with its emphasis on fashion and practicality. Lofaso wants to be true to the vision of her customers. The brand she has developed is Antonia Lofaso Catering to help to achieve this.
