Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant, and Joseph William Stone 2nd, who was a former tool and die maker and factory worker. She has three siblings: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was considered academically gifted in her early years and entered second grade at five. Stone graduated from high school with a diploma in Saegertown in Saegertown located in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. Stone also participated for Saegertown's Miss Pennsylvania beauty pageant, which she won Miss Crawford County. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she was interested in pursuing a modeling career. A month later, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. In Europe she spent a full year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone, however, became dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. She decided to keep her acting career going acting as a model while she lived there. At 20, she appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories," with mixed receptions.
